Provide technical support to internal staff, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, email, or in person
Log all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
Support IT infrastructure setup and maintenance
Assist with user training and IT literacy improvement
Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and licenses
Support internal IT projects under supervision
Must-Have
3+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer (server + network)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft AD, hardware, OS, networking, Intune, and virtualization
Japanese proficiency (N1) and TOEIC score of 800+
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service or technical support
