【Main Responsibilities】
l Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
l Interact with customers, take orders and serve foods and drinks
l Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
l Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
l Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
l Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
l Comply with all food and beverage regulations
l Delivering food items and drinks to the tables, inquiring to see if the customers are satisfied and fetching additional courses if necessary
l Preparing cheques for customers and processing payments through cash or credit card and returning any balances
【Requirements】
l Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
l Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
l Computer literacy
l Knowledge of a second language is a plus
l Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
l Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
l Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress
l Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS)
l Team spirit
l Flexibility to work in shifts

Knowledge of a second language is a plus
