Position: Administrative Coordinator (Japanese/Italian/Spanish Speaking)
Location: Amsterdam (hybrid working)
Salary: up to EUR 3,000/month (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
Order & Payment Processing: Manage sales/purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and related payments.
Sales Support: Assist traders and managers with marketing, regulatory updates, budgeting, credit control, and travel arrangements.
Monthly Closing: Perform bookkeeping, support VAT declarations, and prepare timely business reports.
Logistics & Stock Management: Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure on-time delivery and proper stock control.
Special Projects: Support audits, system improvements, and other ad hoc initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Legal right to work in the Netherlands (e.g., EU nationality or Dutch work permit).
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Business-level English proficiency.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business administration and/or logistics.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
Willingness to take on new challenges.
Preferred Skills
Japanese/Italian/Spanish language proficiency.
Other European languages (especially Dutch and German).
Experience in international trade and knowledge of Incoterms.
