Japanese company is looking for Administrator.
Position: Administrator
Salary: GBP 30K-35K (Depending on your experience)
Location: London, hybrid working(1 day a week in the office, but may change)
Main duties:
- Accounting processes (voucher preparation, payments, etc.)
- Office administration (e.g. purchase of goods, maintenance of office environment, insurance procedures, communication with external vendors)
- Payroll management (payroll calculation and payment, benefits management, assistance with tax returns, etc.)
- Travel arrangements (e.g. airline ticket booking, reimbursement assistance)
- Expatriate management (e.g. assistance with visa acquisition and management, management of rented accommodation, registration with external organisations)
- Expatriate management (e.g. assistance with visa acquisition and management, rental accommodation management, registration with external organisations, etc.)
- Head office-related work (e.g. handling investigations and reports, communicating with relevant departmental staff, etc.)
Skills:
-English Full Fluent level, Japanese skill is strongly advantage (JLPT N1, N2, N3)
-Strong Excel skills
-Proficient in the use of MS Office
