Job Description
Supporting the sales team through administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, managing paperwork, and maintaining customer records
Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products
Responding to customer inquiries and requests while delivering consistent, high‑quality service
Participating in marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products
Collaborating with logistics and accounting teams to ensure efficient internal operations
Maintaining up‑to‑date product knowledge and awareness of industry trends
Assisting the sales team in achieving sales targets and completing tasks assigned by the sales manager or team leader
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and verbal
Experience in sales support, customer service, or account‑related work is an advantage
A team player with strong communication skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work self‑motivated
