Job Description
Handling sales administration tasks, including shipment arrangements, document management, and maintenance of customer information
Coordinating communication with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth shipment and delivery
Managing basic accounting‑related tasks
Supporting general administrative duties as needed
Working closely with existing team members and overseas offices to manage handovers, support operational transitions, and contribute to the sales team’s goals
Qualifications
Proficiency in English and Japanese, both written and verbal
Experience in sales administration, customer service, or account‑related roles is welcome
Strong teamwork and effective communication skills
Ability to approach work calmly and professionally, making use of prior work experience
