An international healthcare recruitment company is looking for a Corporate Manager for their Ireland office.
As a Corporate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the top management team, working closely with the Managing Director and Director of Operations.
Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of corporate operations, including strategy planning, business development, marketing, finance, human resources, information technology, and legal affairs.
Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering collaboration and synergy among international colleagues and group companies.

Location: Dublin, Ireland (VISA Sponsorship if required)  

Salary: €80-100K (depending on experience)

Job Profile:
An international recruitment company is looking for a Business Manager for main office in Ireland to ensure the success of the business, from business strategy to organisational management, management of local talent and implementation of initiatives.
 
1. Strategic planning:
   - Work with top management team to develop and implement corporate strategy in line with organisational goals
 
2. Business development:
   - Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas
   - Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence
   - Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients and stakeholders
 
3. Marketing
   - Oversee marketing initiatives and campaigns to promote the company's products and services
   - Analyses market research and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies
 
4. Finance:
   - Work with the finance team to manage budgets, financial forecasts and financial reporting
   - Monitors financial performance and recommends adjustments where necessary
 
5. Human resources:
   - Work with HR to develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies.
   
6. other tasks related to IT, legal, etc.
 
Requirements:
Experience in organisational management and strategic planning skills in English.
Knowledge of business development, finance, marketing, HR, IT, and legal functions.

・Fluent-level English language skills.
