E-commerce Sales Manager
GBP 25K – GBP 40K per annum
A Japanese global Foods company is looking for an E-commerce Sales Manager to start up and expand their business in UK.
This position will report to sales manager in UK and the Japan Overseas Department and assist in team activities including but not limited to:
・ Delivering exceptional E-commerce performance and programs
・ Achievement of B2C &B2B sales targets and identification of sales opportunities
・ Responsible for E-commerce operations
・ Lead the development of high-level marketing and customer engagement strategies to drive customer acquisition & retention.
・ Develop innovative and creative ways to promote the brand across the Channels
・ Managing and optimisation of SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, social media management, digital marketing campaigns etc
・ Review of benchmark websites & evaluation of new technologies/strategies and relevant implementation
・ Integration with the wider marketing team to ensure optimisation of the customer journey and digital performance to enhance sales conversion rates
・ Manage key E-commerce business intelligence and insights
・ Analyse customer demographics and purchasing behaviour, monitoring trends and analytics, identifying insights for sales retention & growth
・ Work with key stakeholders, and external digital and design agencies to ensure consistency of brand identity and communications in line business strategy.
Skills required :
・ More than 2 years’ experience with a retail E-commerce position
・ Strong work ethic, high energy level, interpersonal skills, motivation and enthusiasm.
・ Excellent communication skills and strong commitment.
・ Experience in analytical tools
・ In depth technical expertise to troubleshoot, optimize and work with experts.
・ Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is a plus and experience in pet food industry is a bonus.
・ Bachelor’s degree is required.
Mon – Friday 0800am – 0500pm
Eligible to work in Japan without any restriction
