FMCG company is looking for National Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- To launch, manage our products (mainly warmer for winter first) by good negotiation with customers and distributor.
- To report to about business progress and condition (including success story and Failure case)
- To explore new accounts with the consultation, discussion with Boss.
- To handle, report the complaints from consumers if happen.
- To settle the money collection issue if happen.
- To keep a good relationship with our customers.
Requirements
- Experiences to handle key accounts like Supermarket or DIY channels (e.g. Kaufland, Globus and Bauhaus), etc. in Germany.
- Experiences to handle Drugstore channel and EC channel as well.
- Understands the structures of P&L, price well.
