A Japanese global freight forwarding company are looking for an import / exports operator.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Air freight and Sea freight imports / exports and Customs clearances

 

• Handling sea/air shipments

 

• Speaking to customers on a daily basis

 

• Liaising with airlines, handling agents, transports, Customs, overseas offices, and shipping lines

 

• Raising files, documents and invoices

 

• Arranging deliveries

Key Skills:
 

• hands-on operational freight forwarding experience preferred

 

• Good working knowledge of logistics, airlines, shipping preferred

 

• Import Customs entry experience preferred

 

• Must be a quick learner and be willing to learn all areas of the operation

• Professional customer service skills

 

• Professional communicator (fluent English: reading, writing, speaking, polite telephone manner, emails)

Feltham,  West London

Hours

Mon – Friday 0830am – 0500pm


Visa

Eligible to work in the UK without any restriction
+ YMS VISA considered
