General Duties
• Assisting administrative matters including travel arrangements, business trip expense claim and payment application when required.
• Client management including scheduling and organizing visits and meetings
• Any other office matters as required.
• Assisting accounting matters including managing accounting transactions, preparing budget forecasts, handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Required Skills
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role(s)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Englishand Japanese.
• Strong IT skills – MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
