Position: Maternity Cover (Japanese & Danish or English)
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Purpose of Recruitment
We are seeking a candidate to take responsibility for general administrative duties for approximately 8 months, from mid-February 2026 to mid-October 2026.
Main Responsibilities
General Affairs: Management of office supplies and equipment, maintenance of office environment, development and operation of internal regulations, support for internal application processes, and contract management.
Compliance Support: Research on Danish laws, regulations, and rules, and assistance in updating internal policies.
Accounting Support: Invoice processing, expense reimbursement checks, and assistance with payment processing.
Administrative Support: Reception and telephone handling, support for internal event operations, data entry, and preparation of documents.
Application Requirements
Essential:
Ability to communicate smoothly in Japanese and Danish with both internal and external stakeholders.
Accuracy and attention to detail in administrative work.
Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Google Workspace, etc.).
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all tasks.
Preferred:
Understanding of Danish laws, regulations, and rules.
Practical experience in administration, general affairs, HR, or accounting.
Experience using Japanese and Danish for business email communication.
Flexibility to adapt to changes and ability to take initiative in tasks.
Team Structure
Work will be carried out within a small, cooperative team of about three members.
