We are seeking a skilled Japanese Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow affiliate partnerships in the online trading sector. This role is ideal for a native Japanese speaker with a strong background in affiliate marketing, partner relationship management, and performance analysis.
Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics. You will be responsible for interpreting marketing data, generating insights, and identifying opportunities for improvement across various channels, particularly within affiliate marketing.
In addition to data analysis, you will contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events and initiatives. Working closely with the broader marketing team, you will help drive optimization efforts and ensure alignment across all campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners targeting the Japanese market
● Monitor affiliate campaigns and evaluate their performance (traffic, conversion rates, ROI)
● Maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners
● Provide partners with creative materials, updates, and performance insights
● Optimize affiliate activity to ensure profitability and alignment with business goals
● Analyze affiliate data and generate reports for continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
● Native Japanese speaker (must-have)
● Strong English communication skills
● At least 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the online trading, financial services, or iGaming industry
● Familiar with affiliate platforms and tools
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
● Proactive and self-motivated, able to manage partnerships independently
