■ Position: Japanese speaking IT helpdesk engineer
■ Salary: 32,000
■ Contract until 30 April 2024
 
■ Job discreption:
Project and service delivery schedule management.
Procurement IT related service/system/device/equipment.
System account management.
Coordinataiton of operation flow with each depertment and customers.
Maintain secure operations and keep the environment tidy.
End user support for daily operation, troubleshooting with customers as their escalation point of contact.
Migration planning and execution. Vendor negotiation and control.
Managing audit of information security follow to company policy.
Documented approach for implementation and modification. Visit customer premises when required for project or maintenance
contract work incl cover staff.
Understand and detailed planning and designing for customer's Cloud, Network and PC.
 
■ Requirements:
Wide knowledge and proficiency in PC software like Microsoft WIN 10/11, Antivirus, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, AD
administration, Virtualization, Cloud(AWS, Azure), Office/Mailer, Switch/Router, Box, remote access(SSL-VPN, etc) and
Firewall products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Japanese.
Ability to investigate and source answers to various email and telephony enquiries about technical issues.
