Job Description

  • Deliver high-quality business analysis to support strategic and financial initiatives within corporate planning.

  • Conduct detailed analyses of market trends, pricing strategies, demographics, geographic performance, and product features.

  • Prepare and present analytical reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for senior management.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and conduct variance analysis to support planning and forecasting.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to integrate insights into pricing decisions, product launches, and regional strategies.

  • Act as a liaison between European teams and headquarters, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

  • Contribute to the development of forecasting and planning tools and support cross-functional projects requiring scenario modelling.

 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or corporate planning, ideally within gaming or entertainment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, market research, and business performance analysis.

  • Proficiency in analytical and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, and financial modelling techniques.

     

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are advantageous.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across regions and adapt to a fast-paced international environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to delivering actionable insights.
