Eligibility Criteria

Work Arrangement
Hybrid working is available. The current setup involves three days in the office and two days working remotely. This arrangement is subject to change based on company policy.

Visa Assistance
Support may be available for transitioning from a time-limited visa to a work visa, depending on individual circumstances.


Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: £25,000 – £30,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits package

Client Liaison Consultant – Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development and Legal teams in onboarding new clients and matters efficiently
  • Oversee case file management, ensuring documentation is well-organised and maintained
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide translation support between English and Korean for both clients and internal teams
  • Assist in the creation of proposals, newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate and participate in seminars, webinars, and networking events
  • Maintain accurate client records and reports for the Business Development team
  • Collaborate with the Accounts team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Provide coverage for team members during absences
  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a client-facing role, either in Korea or the UK
  • Familiarity with UK or Korean legal systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) at a business level
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of managing events and working under pressure
  • Collaborative team player with adaptability and attention to detail
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
