Key Responsibilities
・Serve as a liaison between the UK office and Japan HQ, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
・Provide general support for internal operations, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
・Assist with administrative tasks and internal coordination across departments.
Requirements
・Experience in back-office roles at Japanese companies preferred
・Financial/accounting knowledge is not required but would be a plus
・Japanese language fluency and business-level English
・Permanent residency in the UK strongly preferred
・Comfortable working independently and remotely (2 days/week WFH)
