Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Europe label production plants’ business application system operation and integration with ERP and sensors installed on production machine. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, IT and the business application vendor to optimize our processes and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
System Administration and Security Management
- Coordinate and maintain the CERM MES system, ensuring data integrity and system availability
- Perform monthly patch management for the system i.e. servers – operating system, database and end point devices – physical PC, virtual PC and tablets or scanner (if application). Coordinate testing and confirmation with each plant key users in the test environment before promote the changes to production environments.
System Support
- Be a liaison and act as 2nd tier support between the end users and the software experts to address issues that cannot be resolved in-house by each manufacturing plant super users.
Compliance and Documentation
-Ensure that the MES system and its integrations meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing manufacturing ERP and execution systems, with expertise in CERM software.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system maintenance and troubleshooting
-Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams.
Salary
up to 80k GBP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000.00-£66,060.34 per year
