Job description
- provide 'serviced office' facilities to all staff and visitors, such as addressing any building issues,
- seeing to guests, arranging drinks for staff and visitors attending meetings, etc.
- Induction of new staff on business trips, absence etc.
- Deal with incoming post, logging cheques etc. & when necessary take outgoing post to collection point each evening
- Supply CFO with annual figure work connected to holiday sick file.
- contract and deal with office building problems
- Taxi management, invoices and record keeping.
Requirements
- H & S legislation including Fire Safety regulations.
- Commercial contracts understanding and proved record of managing them
- Conscientious, dedicated worker with strong sense of responsibility
- Basic understanding of Data Protection legislation (GDPR)
- Maintain the holiday/sick files and absence management
- Receive inward goods and keep a log; Manage the Telehouse Access List, for both staff and customers
- Monitor and carry out a monthly audit of spare security cards and arrange Telehouse cards
