Job description
At our Bristol headquarters we have been developing innovative product ideas and we now have a new product launch in 4 countries: Japan, UK, France and Italy.
This is a premium service - our new product’s focus is on helping people learn to cook in an innovative way with personal coaching service from professional chefs.
We have a vacant position for an Operations Coordinator of our market in Japan. As Operations Coordinator, initially working alongside an existing team member, your role will directly help our Japan customers achieve their goals. You will have ownership of matching our customers with outstanding chefs in an exciting, fast-paced start-up environment and be the voice of our customer inside the company.
Requirements
- fluent Japanese communication skills and advanced proficiency in English to ensure effective communication with team members;
- a start-up mindset - there are frequent minor changes in our product design since we are still developing our service;
- a commitment to carrying out tasks and projects from start to finish, ensuring all operational details are handled and objectives are met;
- to deliver great customer support; and
- basic technology skills (Google sheet, Slack, zoom etc..)
