Position: Sales Administrator (Spanish, English, Japanese speaking)

Job Description
1. Sales Administration and Client Relations
a. Processing orders accurately and promptly via email, phone, and systems. b. Creating, issuing, and managing related documents such as shipping instructions and tracking reports. c. Coordinating delivery schedules with internal departments, such as inventory management. d. Engaging in sales activities, including sales support and business trips.
2. Import Customs Clearance
a. Preparing, submitting, and managing customs documents related to imports.
b. Collaborating with customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance processes.
c. Investigating and addressing causes of customs delays or issues.
3. Logistics Coordination
a. Managing order processing, data entry, and shipping/receiving operations.
b. Maintaining supplier databases, purchasing records, and related documents.
c. Negotiating prices and services with vendors and carriers.
d. Collecting and sharing information on regulatory changes related to domestic and international transactions with relevant internal stakeholders.
e. Calculating required quantities (production requests) based on monthly shipping performance.
f. Handling returns.
g. Managing logistics costs.
h. Conducting ABC inventory analysis.
4. Other Duties
a. Performing additional tasks as required to meet business needs, including preparing and distributing proposals, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders, as well as providing team support through phone and email correspondence.
Qualifications and Requirements
● Experience:
○ Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in sales administration, logistics, or warehouse management. ○ Experience in inventory management or international transportation is preferred. ○ Logistics experience.
