Position: SAP/ERP System Support Engineer
Location: Remote (UK or overseas)
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time (flexible)
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview:
Provide operational support for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business One systems. Training will be provided for candidates with limited experience, starting with basic monitoring tasks and progressing to broader ERP support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain SAP or ERP systems
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support
• Prepare documentation and reports as needed
• Collaborate with team members for process improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP or ERP system operations and maintenance
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English

Preferred:

• Experience in other IT operations or support roles
• Recommendations for similar experience are welcome

Work Style:

• Remote work available (UK or overseas)
• Contractor arrangements possible
• No travel in the first year; optional thereafter
• Visa sponsorship available (YMS accepted, ideally 1+ year remaining)
