Key Responsibilities
Production & Supply Coordination: Adjust production schedules and coordinate with suppliers to meet customer delivery deadlines and demand.
Inventory Management: Understand demand forecasting, inventory planning, and factory production plans to minimize stockout and excess inventory risks.
Logistics & Distribution Management: Formulate delivery plans for finished products and work with local forwarders to support efficient distribution to warehouses across the UK and EU.
Documentation & System Entry: Create import/export-related documents using Excel and ensure accurate data entry into the SAP system.
Quality & Issue Resolution: Liaise with various warehouses to promptly and appropriately address product damage or shipping issues to maintain quality standards.
Customer Support: Provide quick and appropriate responses to customer orders and inquiries.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Input, collect, and analyze sales-related data using SAP and Excel to prepare internal reports.
Others: Coordinate with couriers for sample shipments and order office supplies as required.
Required Skills and Experience
Supply Chain Experience: Hands on experience in supply chain management, inventory planning, and import/export operations (Incoterms, I/V, P/L, B/L).
Systems & Data: Experience with SAP or SCM systems; strong Excel skills (functions, Pivot tables) for analysis and reporting.
Execution: High accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to plan, execute, and complete tasks efficiently.
Communication & Teamwork: Business level English skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with HQ in Japan, factories, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Regulatory teams.
Compliance: Strong integrity and adherence to relevant laws and internal regulations.
Working Hour: Mon to Fri 7.5hours (Hybrid working available)
