Job description
Visit customers, suppliers and expos worldwide to build strong relationships.
Full cycle sales, including leads generation, cold and warm acquisition, contract negotiation and after-sales service.
Execute procurement strategies, select suppliers, negotiate purchase orders and manage lead times.
Build and manage cross-border supply chains with logistics partners.
Control business risks by analysing financial reports, setting up credit lines and tracking ever-changing import tariffs & regulations.
Manage existing clients and strengthen/expand business volume with them.
Develop new business by monitoring market trends to spot opportunities early on.
Align internal & external stakeholders up to C-suite across different cultures and collaborate with colleagues across offices worldwide.
Required skills/Qualifications
Entrepreneurial mindset, good time management and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work with all levels of employees, management and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Business-level English and Japanese (Dutch or German is a plus)
3+ years relevant work experience (physical trading or incoterms exposure is a plus)
EU driving license (for business travel).
