Working Hours
・Monday to Friday: Shift-based hours, either 8:30–16:30 or 9:00–17:00
・Saturday: 11:00–17:00 (on duty once every 3–4 weeks; a weekday off is provided in the same week)
・Sunday/Public Holidays: 13:00–17:00 (assigned to those who meet certain criteria; a weekday off is provided in the same week)

Job Description
・Provide assistance to insured clients and corporate partners via phone and email, including arranging medical appointments, interpreters, cashless treatments, obtaining medical information, and guiding insurance claims.
・Communicate with clients and medical institutions via written correspondence and phone calls.
・Input data using our proprietary system.
Requirements
・Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in Japan
・Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
・Professional telephone manner in Japanese and fluent communication skills in English
・Ability to write clear and professional business-level Japanese
・Visa Requirements
・Applicants must hold a valid UK work visa
・YMS visa holders must have at least 1 year and 9 months remaining on their visa
Language Skills
・Native-level Japanese and business-level English (both required)
・Additional European language skills are a plus
