Malaysian Healthcare company currently are looking for imports coordinator to provide support and services to their clients.
· Achieve agreed sales target whether via managing dealers or with a local sales team.
· Explore, identify and engage appropriate dealers in markets, building productive relationships with dealers.
· Responsible for the overall development and management of dealers.
· Work with Head Of Department (HOD) to create and sustain aggressive sales goals via dealers in markets aligned with Their products Go-To-Market (GTM) Plan.
· Works with the Corporate Products team (HOD, Product Marketing) to develop and fine tune GTM Plan, promote effective sales and promotion activities that dealers can leverage for market share growth and to achieve set KPIs.
· Works with the company;s Legal team on all agreements/contracts/documentation related to dealers.
· Responsible on dealer negotiations together with HOD.
· Serves as point of contact with dealers.
· Oversees dealer accounts, including establishing a KPI system and monthly reporting on estimates/pipeline.
· Maintains competitor intelligence, industry updates and governmental policies in respective markets.
· Works in collaboration with Product Marketing to provide training to dealers, ensure dealer readiness and sales enablement.
· Presence at relevant events, i.e. trade shows, product launches, quarterly in-person meetings etc.
· Conducts market visits to dealers on a scheduled basis alone or with HOD.
· Minimum 7 years experiences in Sales, preferably disinfectants or pharmaceuticals.
· Required skill(s): Interpersonal skills, Computer Skills.
· Good contacts in Ministry of Health and tendering bodies.
· Analytical, decisive and committed in achieving company preset objectives.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
· Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, spreadsheets and presentation decks.
· Basic understanding of accounting in order to meet the profit target of company.
· Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Management/Marketing.
High level of written and spoken English
