Job profile
Seeking a Project Sales Representative to promote the use of their products to architectural firms and designers outside of the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering the adoption of products in building projects and building/maintaining relationships with clients.
Main responsibilities
· Build and maintain relationships with architectural firms and designers outside of the UK
· Present and propose the company products
· Research the plumbing and electrical regulations for each country
· Manage and follow up on project progress
· Conduct business negotiations and client interactions through overseas trips (1-4 times per year)
· Research and analyse market trends and competitive products
Requirements (MUST)
· Valid working visa holder in the UK with no restriction and remaining more than 2 years
· Experienced in Sales for architectural firms or designers hopefully overseas
· Experienced in Sales with luxury sanitary products
· Knowledge of international plumbing and electrical regulations
· Ability to travel overseas 1-4 times per year
· Ability to commute to the office in London 3 days/week
Preferred Qualifications
· Ability to work proactively
· Attitude of supporting clients and colleagues
· Knowledge of interior design or architectural design
· Ability to adjust flexibly in a small organization
