Japanese Speaking Administrator (Temporary Staff)
Location:             City of London
Office hours:       9:00-17:00
Employment:      Full Time, Permanent(3 months, could be 6 months)

Position Summary:

This temporary role primarily provides support to the expat director  as well as undertaking a range of general administrative duties.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Main Responsibilities
  • Company Secretarial Support–regulatory submissions, arrangement and preparation of meetings, minute taking, etc
  • Compliance and Risk management related work–policy updates, preparation of submissions and regular monitoring requested from the Head Office, producing papers for Board meetings as directed by the managing directors, etc
  • Administrative work for directors, group company expats, and colleagues including working with company secretary on desktop manual and monitoring tasks
  • Expense payment and bookkeeping
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by Managing directors

Who we are looking for;
  • Language skills: fluent in both English and Japanese(reading, writing and speaking)
  • Previous experience in administrative roles
  • Sufficiently familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel and Power Point)and web meeting tools (Teams, WebEx, Zoom etc)
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Self-motivated individual able to work in routine but also pro-actively seek new challenges
  • Positive team-player and excellent communication skills
