- Management of the entire organisation's operations.
- Management of overseas offices of organisations with more than 100 employees.

- Experience as a corporate manager at a (Japanese) company's overseas base.
- Experience of managing multiple departments of an organisation of more than 100 people.
- Experience of managing multiple divisions of an organisation of 100 or more people.
