We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional to support strategy execution and performance analysis for the Japanese market. This role involves evaluating marketing initiatives—including affiliate campaigns—to drive data-informed decisions and business growth. You will also assist in planning and executing campaigns and events, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the marketing strategy tailored to the Japanese market.
  • Monitor and research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align campaigns and branding.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help shape the overall marketing roadmap.

     

 

Core Experience & Skills  

  • Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience in a B2C environment, with a focus on webbased apps or direct-to-consumer online services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in modern marketing channels, including social media (X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok), Japan's dominant platforms (LINE), and influencer/creator marketing. 
  • Strong understanding of the entire Japanese online customer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention. 

     

 

Technical & Analytical Abilities 

  • Data-driven and highly analytical, with proficiency in campaign analysis, A/B testing, and using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms) to drive actionable insights. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
