1. Purpose of the Role
To design, lead, and execute the company’s European marketing strategy across all Group Member Companies (GMCs), ensuring alignment with the 300M MTP vision. The Director will transform marketing into a growth engine by driving brand positioning, demand generation, and solution-led value communication.
This position plays a pivotal role in designing, leading, and executing the marketing strategy across all GMCs in the European market. It’s a role for those who want to move markets with their strategy and shape the future of the brand.

2. Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
Define and implement the European marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Act as the bridge between RHQ, global HQ, and local GMC marketing activities.
Establish unified brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns across Europe.
Lead the shift from product/feature marketing to solution, value, and customer-centric marketing.
Commercial Activation
Partner with Sales leadership to create impactful go-to-market campaigns.
Drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.
Build industry- and vertical-specific content (RFID, AEP Cloud, consumables, etc.).
Organisation & Efficiency
Restructure and lead the marketing organisation across RHQ and GMCs.
Ensure efficient use of budgets, agencies, and digital tools.
Implement KPIs to measure campaign ROI, lead impact, and brand visibility.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main marketing voice at the European Executive Committee.
Build synergy with Product Management, Solutions, and Sales.
Coordinate with HQ to adapt global initiatives to European market realities.
3. Key Deliverables (First 12–18 Months)
European Marketing Strategy 2025–2028 aligned with the 300M MTP.
Pan-European campaign calendar with measurable KPIs.
Integrated lead management process (with Salesforce & sales teams).
Rebuilt marketing structure: clarified RHQ vs. local roles, eliminated overlaps.
Strong employer brand presence in key European markets.
4. Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
10+ years in B2B marketing leadership roles (preferably in technology, industrial, or SaaS/solutions).
Proven track record in demand generation, integrated campaigns, and brand building.
Experience managing multi-country marketing teams and external agencies.
Strong exposure to digital marketing tools (CRM, automation, analytics).
Skills & Competencies
Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute.
Commercial acumen, comfortable working with sales KPIs.
Change leader: able to restructure teams and drive cultural alignment.
Strong communicator, capable of influencing across cultures and functions.
Education & Languages
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
Fluent in English (mandatory); additional European languages a plus.
