Position: Purchasing Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our procurement team. This is a key role for a candidate who can bring expertise in purchasing and supply chain management, ideally with experience in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing activities for assigned product categories.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams for demand planning.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
Support forecasting and stock management to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Requirements
Language: Fluent Japanese speaker with strong business-level English.
Experience:
5–10 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Food industry experience is highly desirable, but candidates with experience in inventory control, sales forecasting, import/export operations, or retail ordering will also be considered.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with trade and logistics processes is a plus.
Eligibility: Must hold a valid UK work visa.
