Leveraged Loan Middle Office role
Our Client is a well-established financial institution, seeking a candidate with experience in dealing with Leveraged or other Corporate Loans.
This role would be responsible for working with the front office, headquarters and overseas collateral administrator to book, confirm, and settle trades of European leveraged loans, as well as to make reports, P&L, cash management and reconciliation.

This role would be responsible for working with the front office, headquarters and overseas collateral administrator to book, confirm, and settle trades of European leveraged loans, as well as to make reports, P&L, cash management and reconciliation.
Main Responsibilities:
• Booking, confirming and settling par loan trades for leveraged loan investments within European corporates
• Reviewing and understanding LMA/LSTA Par standard documentation principally Trade Confirmations, Transfer Certificates and Pricing Letters
• Coordinating with trade counterparties to ensure timely settlement of trades
• Reviewing loan/credit documentation
• Managing funding through SPVs in order to settle trades
• Conducting KYC on and with our trade counterparties
• Reviewing Anti Money Laundering checks on our borrowers
• Reviewing of deal covenants and reporting due dates as well as the Waiver and Amendment process for existing deals.
• Ongoing management of existing loan portfolio and processing within Wall Street Office (WSO)
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of a few years Loan Closing experience, or similar, preferably from a Buy-side institution
• Excellent understanding of the leveraged loans settlements process, LMA/LSTA Standard Terms and Conditions and LMA NDAs
• Experience with ClearPar, WSO and Intralinks / Debtdomain
• Ability to review and understand Credit Agreements
• CLO knowledge is preferable
Salary: up to £50K
Visa: Eligible to work in the UK without any restriction
