Salary

Euro 100,000 -  Euro 160,000 per annum

Job profile

Global logistics company are looking for a MD, who can manage their staff and expand their business.


Responsibilities:

• Management and administration of group companies, business planning, and personnel management of presidents of each group company
• Performance supervision responsibilities
• Formulation of strategies for business expansion (investments in facilities and vehicles, M&A, etc.)
• Exploration of new M&A opportunities, business planning, and promotion for entry into new markets

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in executive management at a logistics company (Director level or above preferred)
• Experience in business strategy formulation and management planning (experience in logistics not mandatory but desirable experience in strategic planning in various industries)
• Performance management, issue identification, and formulation and execution of improvement plans for companies
• Collaboration experience with the head office departments of Japanese companies would be advantageous

Required Qualifications and Abilities:

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with external parties
• Education: University or equivalent higher education (e.g., Dutch Hogeschool = Higher Vocational Education) and above
