Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Player Liaison/Executive Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of client's personal lives, ensuring a smooth transition during relocation, handling financial matters, coordinating player trials, and providing general support to both players and staff.

Client Focused Responsibilities:
  • Client Relocation:
    • Obtain and compare quotes for packing and delivery or storage for players' relocations.
    • Supervise the packing and unpacking process during player relocations.
    • Coordinate with the disconnection of utilities at the old place and establishing of connections at the new place (electricity, gas, water).
    • Assist in finding suitable new accommodation in collaboration with the club.
  • Banking Management:
    • Set up new bank accounts and manage accounts payable for each player.
    • Handle credit card applications outside of the banking partner, such as Amex.
    • Manage ad-hoc financial issues on behalf of players.
    • Close accounts in countries players have exited.
  • Concierge Service:
    • Make restaurant bookings on behalf of clients.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for clients.
    • Manage match ticket logistics on behalf of clients.
    • Handle ad-hoc requests and issues from clients.

Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Staff Support:
    • Assist the staff in administrative tasks.
    • Handle travel bookings for players and staff.
    • Manage visas for staff and clients.
    • Organize company events, conferences, and match ticket management.
  • Player Trials:
    • Manage and organize required documents for player trials.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for players during trial periods.

Required Skills:
  • Proficient use of Microsoft PowerPoint/Keynote for presentations.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word for document management.
  • Fluent in Japanese.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
