Senior Accountant / Finance Analysis

The candidate coordinates the company's financial function across sub-functions such as accounting, cost management, budgeting, finance, audit, credit, collections, and tax. Proposes and implements financial strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad corporate principles, strategies and policies set by the organization to meet finance requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.  

Context 

The candidate is part of the management team of the individual company and reports directly to the Senior Manager Finance Planning and Analysis.  

Position Description 

Financial strategy, plans and policies 

• Initiates, develops, implements and monitors local Finance policies and procedures, and administrative processes 

Accounting & Financing 

• Develops accounting and reporting processes and ensures implementation and execution of the financial administration including financial system(SAP)  
• Ensures maintenance of the organization's general ledger and related accounting practices, including payables, receivables, fixed assets, and payrolls. 
• Apply the payment to FPA Senior Manager and get approval with accounting system. 
• Ensures development of general formats and standards for financial analysis and reporting, aligned with fiscal and legal requirements and corporate control principles 
• Draws up the financial annual reports with 3rd party. 

Financial Planning & Analysis 

• Develop financial budgeting, planning and forecasting 
• Analyzes short-term and mid-term cash flow position  
• Evaluates investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs 
• Participates actively to long range financial planning 

Compliance 

• Ensures compliance of the organization’s practices with applicable legislation and guidelines for financial administration, in line with external regulations  
• Ensures all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time with 3rd party.   
• Manages relationships with consultants and advisors to ensure the satisfactory standards of service 

Management Information and Advice 

• Provides insights at request or at own initiative regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses, based on reporting guidelines. 
• Advises management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization 

Company’s operation 

• Support company’s operation through the procurement of needed goods and services  
• Manage the documentation process with legal advisor 
• Support for contract conclusion work with lawyer and related Division. 
• Manage the company documents and filing.
