Job Summary:
-Planning and implementing the System support schedule.
-Looking after the System Development Support team.
Responsibilities:
-System users support
-Establishing System support planning
-Communicating with other EMEA/NYC(New York) IT departments’ to assist Developers to have the appropriate environment set ups.
-Others
Requirements:
- Understanding of System support concept, principles and best administration practices.
- Proportionate experience of system operations support.
-Eligible to work in the UK without VISA support.
