Job Summary:
As an accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management and reporting of the company. Your responsibilities will include recording financial transactions, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording all financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers.
Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis, typically monthly or annually.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Expense Management: Monitor and analyze expenses, ensuring adherence to the budget and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, and maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and support.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to management.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, making payments, and sending out invoices for products or services provided.
Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports, summaries, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
 
 
Qualifications:
Business level of English, Japanese Skill is advantage
Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or other industry-specific software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
