We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for a Project Finance role to join the London office of an international financial institution. Candidates should have at least one year's experience in modelling in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, other specialised finance or M&A.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of project finance transactions from origination to financial close.
Conduct financial modelling, risk analysis, and due diligence for project finance and other specialised finance.
Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, credit applications, and internal presentations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and clients to facilitate deal execution.
Monitor market trends and regulatory developments relevant to infrastructure and energy finance.
Contribute to portfolio management and post-transaction monitoring activities.
Candidate Requirements
At least one year's experience in modelling in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, other specialised finance or M&A.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
