Job Description
・Receive and process customer sales orders accurately and promptly via email, telephone, or EDI.
・Assist with sales analysis and activities to achieve agreed budgets, volumes, and timelines.
・Support the sales team in maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers to optimize sales and service quality.
・Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries from customers and business partners.
・Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners to ensure high service levels for customers.
・Provide administrative support for customer accounts, including data input for new products and pricing.
・Assist in preparing sales promotion events and exhibitions when required.
・Participate in training and continuously develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
・Fluency in English is essential; Chinese and Japanese language skills are highly advantageous.
・Must hold a valid working visa for Ireland (visa sponsorship is not available. No Working Holiday Authorisation).
・Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with approximately two days per week in the Dublin city centre office.
・Prior knowledge of Japanese food and beverage products is strongly preferred.
