<About the Role>

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Executive to drive growth within ethnic channels. This role focuses on expanding customer base and product penetration across retail, wholesale, and restaurant sectors. You will play a key part in increasing brand visibility and building strong relationships with key partners.


<Key Responsibilities>

  • Drive sales growth and distribution within ethnic channels

  • Identify strategic accounts and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and retailers
  • Organize and execute product demonstrations and tasting events (including weekends)
  • Support new product launches and promotional activities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Maintain healthy stock levels and ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Prepare regular performance and market reports
  • Travel as required
     

<Requirements>

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage

  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (data analysis, business planning)
  • Flexible to work weekends and travel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and well-organized team player
  • Interest in Chinese cuisine is a plus
