<About the Role>
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Executive to drive growth within ethnic channels. This role focuses on expanding customer base and product penetration across retail, wholesale, and restaurant sectors. You will play a key part in increasing brand visibility and building strong relationships with key partners.
<Key Responsibilities>
Drive sales growth and distribution within ethnic channels
- Identify strategic accounts and business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and retailers
- Organize and execute product demonstrations and tasting events (including weekends)
- Support new product launches and promotional activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain healthy stock levels and ensure smooth supply chain operations
- Prepare regular performance and market reports
- Travel as required
<Requirements>
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
- Valid UK driving licence
- Legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (data analysis, business planning)
- Flexible to work weekends and travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized team player
- Interest in Chinese cuisine is a plus
