<About the Role>
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Executive to drive growth within ethnic channels. This role focuses on expanding customer base and product penetration across retail, wholesale, and restaurant sectors. You will play a key part in increasing brand visibility and building strong relationships with key partners.
<Key Responsibilities>
Drive sales growth and distribution within ethnic channels
Identify strategic accounts and business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and retailers
Organize and execute product demonstrations and tasting events (including weekends)
Support new product launches and promotional activities
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Maintain healthy stock levels and ensure smooth supply chain operations
Prepare regular performance and market reports
Travel as required
<Requirements>
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
Valid UK driving licence
Legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (data analysis, business planning)
Flexible to work weekends and travel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and well-organized team player
Interest in Chinese cuisine is a plus
