Job Description
Develop customized travel packages from scratch by coordinating with local hotels, restaurants, and other service providers.
Communicate with Japanese clients to understand their needs and present tailored proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams and headquarters to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
Handle arrangements for various group sizes, from small VIP trips to large-scale tours such as school excursions.
Manage seasonal workload peaks during spring and autumn, with flexibility for major events.
Occasionally assist in setting up travel for UK-based customers visiting Japan.
Qualifications
Native-level Japanese proficiency for client communication and internal coordination.
Business-level English for liaising with local partners and occasional client interactions.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of German or Italian is a plus but not required.
