About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our marketing execution capabilities. This role focuses on managing day-to-day digital marketing operations, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring smooth coordination across social media, SEO, and advertising initiatives. You will work closely with a Brand Manager who leads creative direction, while you take ownership of operational tasks and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
・Execute posting schedules on Instagram and other platforms
・Manage boosting and ad placements to maximize reach and engagement
・Campaign Execution & Coordination
Support influencer and UGC collaborations
・Plan and monitor multimedia campaigns across priority markets (UK, NL, ES, FR, DE)
・Coordinate with external SEO partners and evaluate proposals
・Conduct keyword research and basic performance analysis
・Handle simple banner edits and ad creatives when needed
Ensure timely updates for events and promotional activities
・Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights
・Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives
Requirements
Fluency in English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Experience with social media management, SEO/SEM strategies, and keyword research
Reside near Amsterdam and have lived in the Netherlands for at least 1 year
Valid work permit (orientation visa possible)
Additional Information
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days in office (Amsterdam), 9:00–17:30 with flexible start/end (+/- 1 hour)
Travel: Occasional business trips for events (up to 3 times/year)
Languages: Other European languages are a plus, but not required
