We are a pioneering Japanese fashion brand making our debut in the UK market. With a strong heritage rooted in craftsmanship and contemporary design, we are excited to open our first store in London. We are now looking for passionate and responsible Apparel Sales Associates to join our founding team and help bring our brand vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service in English
Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fitting
Maintain store presentation and uphold visual merchandising standards
Operate POS systems and manage stock levels
Support the store opening and contribute to daily operations as a founding team member
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fashion retail or apparel sales
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Japanese language skills are highly preferable
Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility in customer service
Willingness to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays
A genuine passion for Japanese fashion and culture is a plus
