Account Manager (Japanese speaker)
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Salary: Up to €70,000

Job Description:
Act as the main point of contact for accounts, overseeing customer activities
Achieve sales targets
Acquire new leads and increase sales for existing accounts
Build and maintain customer relationships
Understand and report on customer satisfaction, expectations, needs, and future plans
Promote new and existing business solutions through networking within the global group
Understand customer requirements and create customized proposals and solutions
Report sales figures, manage monthly forecasts, and annual budgets
Properly use and update CRM and ERP tools
Collaborate with other internal teams/departments to define product catalogs and roadmaps
Serve as backup for other Account Managers
Desired Experience and Characteristics:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Team player
Experience with Japanese workplace culture is a plus
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proactive and problem-solving orientation
Experience in sales or account management in customer-facing positions
Basic project management skills and understanding of simple tools
Understanding or strong interest in IT
Affinity for different cultures and experience dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds
