＜SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE＞
They are on a mission to drive and expand their global business and become the most iconic premium lifestyle brand. As they are establishing a strong organization to expand our business in Europe, they require a content / UX Specialist to proactively participate in this activity. This role is responsible for all visual and copy content across their own channels and takes the lead in making sure that the content is up to date, maintained and presented in the best way possible. In this role you will work together very closely with their Digital Merchandiser, Digital Marketing Specialist and CRM Specialist.
＜DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES＞
- Managing their content (visuals and copy) across their own channels and marketplaces. Making sure everything is up to date and aligned with their brand
- Create landing pages and new inspirational categories to increase engagement; site on time, pages per visit and decrease bounce rate
- Measuring the impact of their content. Develop content measurement framework to utilize for daily reporting.
- Grow email database via on-site traffic, orders and off-site activity
- Continuous AB-testing of content and copy. Pro-actively coming up with actions to improve their conversion
- Build out conversion optimization roadmap. Work closely together with development team to implement new features.
- Main contact for their headquarters when it comes to content updates. Make sure planning is up to date and according to global guidelines
- Work closely together with their Digital Marketing Specialist and Digital Merchandiser on presenting campaigns and product pushes online
- Coordinator of translations across Europe. Work together with the external translation team to get what is needed
- Analyze full navigational path of the website from user experience perspective and work out improvement
- Project Manager of content related projects, for example their appSpot commercial opportunities and translate them into on-site experiences, campaigns, or differentiated funnels
- Set up personalization for segments with high conversion probability
- (A/B) testing of different (new) elements on pages and structures
- Set up shoppable content with Digital Merchandiser
＜WHAT THEY NEED＞
- Someone that is a seasoned content editor / manager.
- Has experience with several content management systems (preferred Magento)
- Is assertive and has a proven track record of UX improvements across websites.
- Has good planning and coordination skills. Is able to manage a calendar and roadmaps properly.
