A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced and skilled Head Chef to oversee the culinary team at a highly acclaimed Japanese restaurant, located in the ancient capital of England.

Qualifications:
1. Culinary Expertise: Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in renowned establishments, with a strong focus on Omakase cuisine. A deep understanding and appreciation of the art and intricacies of Omakase dining.
 
2. Omakase Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in Omakase cuisine, with the ability to create an unforgettable culinary journey that showcases the best of seasonal ingredients and elevates traditional techniques. 

3. Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and management abilities to guide, motivate, and develop a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

4. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the utmost precision, quality, and artistry in every Omakase course. 

5. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members, interact with guests, and provide clear instructions and feedback. 

6. Culinary Education: A culinary arts degree or equivalent certification is preferred, but exceptional skills and experience will also be considered
