Strategic Planning & Implementation
Develop and execute a comprehensive business expansion strategy for Polish and Ukrainian market, focusing on long-term growth and profitability. Align global operations with corporate objectives and ensure consistent performance standards.
Risk & Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to local laws, corporate policies and ethical standards. Identify and mitigate operational and strategic risks across the region.
Innovative Business Concepts & Revenue Models
Design and implement cutting-edge business concepts and innovative revenue models that align with current market trends and consumer demands.
Explore new business opportunities within the real estate sector to diversify revenue streams and enhance market presence.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare and deliver monthly reports to Head of Poland Branch, and their providing detailed updates on business development activities, market conditions, and project performance.
Maintain open and effective communication with Chief Executives, providing insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
Job Descriptions
Taking a leading role in their Group’s strategy toward Reconstruction of Ukraine
Build and maintain relationships with both Polish and Ukrainian government officials and agencies. Negotiate and secure government grants, subsidies, and other forms of public funding. Conduct research and collect information to identify new business opportunity in Ukraine. Serve as the primary liaison.
Business Development & Real Estate Expansion in Poland
Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of new real estate development opportunities across Poland. Drive the end-to-end process of real estate development, from site selection to project completion, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
Craft and implement acquisition strategies for real estate projects, including due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessment. Lead the development and growth of a high-performing team to support the business expansion strategy.
Relationship Management & Networking
Expand and maintain a robust network of relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector as well as real estate market, including government agencies, investors, developers, and industry partners. Act as the primary point of contact for all European real estate development activities, fostering strong relationships that drive business growth
Requirements
Proven experience in executive leadership across multiple real estate project development
Demonstrated success in negotiating with government entities and securing public funding
A deep commitment to and enthusiasm for contributing to the reconstruction and revitalization of Ukraine
Experience in launching or managing business operations in Poland, Ukraine or similar market
High level of financial understanding; making business or a business case work
Strong understanding of building regulations in Poland and Ukraine
Fluency in Polish and English
