Job Description
Managing service delivery for Japanese government and public-sector clients, including project coordination and stakeholder management
Overseeing deliverables and handling detailed adjustments and negotiations, particularly around nuances in English-language expressions
Supporting exhibitions and events, including preparation, stakeholder escort, and interpretation support on the day
Designing and executing schedules across defined project cycles
Proactively identifying issues and proposing process or delivery improvements
Qualifications
Genuine interest in working with Japanese government and public-sector organizations, with a willingness to continuously learn and build expertise
Strong professional communication skills in both Japanese and English, with an ability to understand native-level Japanese nuances and operate in English at an advanced business level
Ability to accurately understand requests and execute instructions reliably, with a high level of consistency in day-to-day work
Strong coordination and negotiation skills, with patience and persistence when working with multiple stakeholders
High level of autonomy and initiative, with the ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action
A constructive and positive approach to collaborating with Japanese government clients
