Japanese speaking Accounts Payable Clerk

Position: Account payable clerk

Salary: 30,000 GBP

Location: London

 

Job discription
Cost management
- Updating cost and payment record in the database (currently using Filemaker) and raise payment slips
- Preparation of journal import file for company's direct cost invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation, including contacting supplier for any missing invoices
- Support AP Team leader for cost analysis

 

Purchase Ledger & Accounts Payable
- Setting up monthly payments
- Management and maintenance of supplier bank details
- Dealing with supplier queries mainly for Network Suppliers and holiday cover for others when necessary

 

Sales Administration and Support for Belgium Branch
- Working part of Belgium office network sales team for the billing and admin operation, including reconciliations and supporting Belgium Staff for management of Contracts and Renewals

 

- Experience in using accounting software (preferably SUN) but not essential
- Excellent communication skills / Excellent command of the English language
- Written and verbal Japanese not essential but preferable
- Ability to investigate and source answers to various email and telephone enquiries
